Rising Talent Recruitment is currently seeking a Maintenance Planner for a reputable manufacturing company based in Stirling, Scotland. The successful candidate will work directly under the Maintenance and Reliability Manager, focusing on developing maintenance plans and schedules that comply with safety standards while optimising efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in organising and resourcing maintenance work, providing vital job work-packs, and reporting on performance metrics utilising CMMS. Your leadership will ensure the execution of safe and effective maintenance tasks while striving for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop plans and schedules for maintenance in alignment with company safety standards.

Produce job work-packs that include safety requirements and risk assessments.

Monitor maintenance performance using a CMMS

Create weekly draft maintenance plans and 52-week Master schedules.

Report on maintenance KPIs including OEE, MTBF, and MTTR to support continuous improvement.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and mentor team members on maintenance systems.

Requirements:

Time-served Engineer or a minimum of a degree in an appropriate engineering discipline.

Experience in maintenance planning/scheduling, preferably in manufacturing.

Proficiency in CMMS and strong technical capability in planning software.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Ability to analyse and improve maintenance processes and procedures
