Senior Authorised Person (SAP) – HV / 11kV / 33kV / 132kV
Location: Swansea
Salary: £44,000 – £65,200 + overtime, call-out, and car allowance
Hours: Full-time, permanent
Are you an experienced Senior Authorised Person (SAP) looking for your next step with a leading electrical engineering contractor? This is an exciting opportunity to work on major high-voltage (HV) projects across the region, with excellent long-term prospects.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out LV & HV/EHV switching, isolation, and earthing operations on construction and asset replacement projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance. The role involves creating switching schedules, managing operational activities, and leading on-site teams to deliver works safely and efficiently.
Key Requirements:

Authorised to conduct switching from 11kV to 33kV (132kV advantageous)
Hold a valid DNO or equivalent Certificate of Authorisation
Strong technical knowledge of DNO switchgear and plant
Excellent safety awareness, leadership, and communication skills
