Sales Director – IT Solutions
Location: London (Hybrid / Field-based) | Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 + Uncapped Commission

Are you an ambitious sales leader with a proven track record in B2B IT services? A fast-growing technology company is looking for a Sales Director to drive growth across the UK and Europe. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at winning new business.

What you’ll do:

Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy across sectors such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Logistics, and Technology.

*

Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with mid-sized and large enterprises.

*

Manage the full sales lifecycle – from prospecting and solutioning to negotiation and deal closure.

*

Build and maintain strong executive relationships, leveraging existing networks and cultivating new contacts.

*

Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architecture, and delivery teams to create client-focused solutions.

*

Mentor and support junior sales staff as the UK and EU team grows.

About you:

*

15+ years’ experience in B2B IT services sales, including 7+ years in new business/hunter roles.

*

Proven success in closing complex software, cloud, and data deals (mid-six to seven-figure).

*

Strong network in UK enterprise and mid-market sectors.

*

Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and excellent at communication and presentation.

*

Experience working with global delivery and pre-sales teams.

*

Degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering (MBA desirable).

*

UK work authorisation and willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.
