Experience in retail leadership - ideally within fashion, footwear, or sportsAs Supervisor, you'll be a hands-on leader on the shop floor - supporting daily operations, coaching team members, and ensuring the store looks its best at all times. You'll help deliver targets, support visual merchandising standards, and make sure every customer leaves feeling inspired.
