The Role

Manage customer inquiries from inception to order fulfilment, involving consultation, thorough review, and understanding of customer requirements.
Confirm and accurately quote the correct product specification by comprehending relevant Bill of Material and Technical Datasheets.
Collaborate with production personnel to address any issues on open orders or repair requirements promptly.
Effectively communicate with customers and internal departments, showcasing your ability to work under pressure as a valuable team member.

The Candidate

Ideally educated to HND/HNC Level in Engineering
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
Familiarity with Bill of Material and Technical Datasheets is a plus.

This role would be ideal for any of the following

Recent graduate engineers with mechanical backgrounds
Technicians/Engineers - Looking to move into a sales environment
Already established Internal Sales Engineers - looking to take the next step in their career
