Are you a Welder/Fabricator looking to come off the tools into a Teaching role where you'll directly impact the next generation while benefiting from fantastic benefits yourself?

In this role you will be fully off the tools, and receive full teacher training to step into a new career. You will directly support students to show them the ropes of Welding and Fabrication and aid their development.

This role would suit a Welder/Fabricator looking to come off the tools, receive full teacher training and benefit from fantastic benefits including 55 days holiday.

The Role:

Provide apprenticeship Welding and Fabrication education and training to a range of different students
Supporting students providing in depth and demonstratable knowledge in welding, fabrication or CNC Machining
Contribute to the delivery and monitoring of course modules and planning and development of modules and units
Undertake research, development and ensure materials are up to date to contribute to the continuous improvement strategy
Ensure learners achieve agreed academic targets by providing defined programs and learning opportunities
23.5 hours teaching per week with 15.5 hours administration and development timeThe Person:
