The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a high-profile project based in Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the UK’s fastest-growing contractors, known for its dynamic, entrepreneurial culture and commitment to employee engagement and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial and contractual aspects of civil engineering projects

Work on site delivering high-profile energy infrastructure schemes

Administer and manage contracts under NEC Option A and B

Support project teams in achieving commercial success while ensuring compliance and best practice

Key Requirements

Extensive experience in civil engineering projects

Strong working knowledge of NEC Option A or B contracts (essential)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related project software

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A proactive, collaborative approach to project delivery
