Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 pro rata
Hours: 3 days per week (6–7 hours per day, with potential to increase)

The Business

Our client is a purpose-driven web design studio based in Newquay, Cornwall, helping people- and planet-focused organisations thrive online. They work with inspiring charities, social enterprises, and ethical brands that are making a positive impact in the world.

Founded by an experienced digital designer from Bristol, the business was created to combine creative excellence with genuine purpose. As the studio continues to grow, the founder is looking for a talented and organised individual to support day-to-day operations — enabling greater focus on client delivery and innovation.

The Role

As Digital Project Manager, you’ll be the central link between the founder and clients — ensuring that projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication stays clear.

Key responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for clients

Coordinate the studio’s project schedule

*

Gather and organise client information for new and ongoing projects

*

Translate client requirements into actionable plans

*

Support general admin and communication tasks

*

Help improve workflows and efficiency across the business

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a structured, detail-focused, and proactive individual who thrives in a small, flexible environment. You’ll be working directly with the founder — so reliability, initiative, and great communication are key.

Previous experience in a digital, creative agency, or marketing capacity would be preferable

Based locally in cornwall for occasional in-person collaboration

£25,000 – £35,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
