Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Supply Roles in Gravesend

Location: Gravesend, Kent
Contract: Flexible, ongoing supply (full-time & part-time available)
Pay: £110 per day

Looking for variety and flexibility?

We're currently recruiting HLTAs for supply work across multiple primary schools in Gravesend. This is a great opportunity to work in different settings, build experience, and enjoy flexible working that fits around your schedule.

Your Role Will Include:

Leading or supporting lessons across various age groups

Managing behaviour and encouraging positive classroom environments

Supporting children with additional needs

Following school plans and adapting quickly to new settings

What We're Looking For:

HLTA qualification or strong classroom experience

Confident leading whole-class or group sessions

Flexible and reliable with good classroom management skills

Passionate about supporting children's education

A commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
