General Teaching Assistant - Primary Schools in Hillingdon
Education and Training | Full-Time & Part-Time Roles Available

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated General Teaching Assistant's (TAs) to work in a variety of Primary Schools across the London Borough of Hillingdon. Whether you're seeking daily supply, short-term, long-term, or permanent positions, we have flexible opportunities to suit your availability.

Full-time and part-time positions available
Flexible work options: daily cover, short-term, long-term, and permanent roles
Competitive pay: £89 - £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Local schools across Hillingdon
Excellent transport links, including tube and bus services

Your Role as a General Teaching Assistant:

As a General Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting pupils' learning across a range of subjects
Assisting with classroom management and behaviour strategies
Helping prepare classroom resources and displays
Providing support during playtimes and lunchtimes
Assisting with general administrative tasksThis is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive primary school setting and make a real impact on children's education.

General Teaching Assistant Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

A valid DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one
Two professional references
Right to work in the UK
A positive attitude and strong communication skills
A genuine passion for working in educationWhether you're an experienced TA or just starting your journey in education, we would love to hear from you.
