Full Time

Location: Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire

Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm (occasional evening work)

Earnings: £250 to £800 per week on average - Top earners £1,500-£2,000

TWC Home Improvements is expanding and looking for ambitious, energetic, and enthusiastic Door Canvassers to join our growing team. Whether you’re new to sales or have previous experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career with excellent earning potential and genuine progression routes.

You will be joining a supportive, family-run company with over 30 years of experience in the home improvement industry. We pride ourselves on our strong reputation, quality products, and the success of our people.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out and about, talking to people, and working as part of a motivated team. We’ll provide full training and all the tools you need to succeed, all we ask is that you bring enthusiasm, confidence, and a drive to achieve your goals.

Responsibilities

Speak confidently with homeowners about TWC’s high-quality windows, doors, and conservatories.
Promote our brand, generate interest, and arrange appointments for our professional sales consultants.
Represent the company with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm.
Work as part of a close-knit team that values communication, support, and success.
Receive full transport support with daily home pick-up and drop-off provided.
