NPI & Commercialisation Manager
* Permanent staff position
* Central London
* Hybrid working
* £65,000 + 20% bonus
* Benefits package including private medical & enhanced mat/pat leave
We are seeking a New Product Introduction & Commercialisation Manager to drive the successful launch of new products, with a primary focus on medical devices.
You will be the primary knowledge point for all NPI, leading the entire end-to-end execution and commercialisation process from strategy through to market launch.
What You'll Bring To The Team:
* Extensive experience in large-scale project or programme management
* Knowledge and experience working with medical devices, including launch processes and regulatory/legal controls
* Proven success in prior medical devices launches into international markets is preferred
* Cross-functional project leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing and delivering NPI projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
* Ensuring regulatory compliance and managing the creation and approval of technical documentation for medical devices
* Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans
* Building out long-term commercialisation plans and supporting market access & commercial readiness.
* Identifying and mitigating project risks and resolving conflicts.
* Mentoring and guiding your team.
