Your Role

As a key member of the SEN team, you’ll:

• Support students across Key Stages 3–5 in class and small group settings.

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging, accessible lessons.

• Provide tailored 1:1 support for students with a range of needs.

• Foster confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Patient, empathetic, and passionate about inclusion.

• Confident working with children with diverse learning needs.

• A great communicator and proactive team player.

Ideally experienced in an SEN or educational support role (though training is available).
