The role offers an incredible opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on classroom experience, support students across Key Stages 3–5, and work closely with teachers to deliver targeted interventions and SEN support.

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting students in lessons, small groups, and one-to-one sessions.

• Assisting with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and tailored learning programmes.

• Helping to deliver booster and intervention sessions to enhance progress.

• Promoting a positive learning environment that encourages confidence and independence.

• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and specialists to support student wellbeing.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passionate, patient, and adaptable individual.

• Previous experience in a school or youth setting is beneficial but not essential.

• A genuine interest in education and supporting young people.

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
