Pay Rate: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

The Role

We're seeking an experienced Press Brake Setter / Operator to join our production team on a temp-to-perm basis. Working with Amada CNC press brakes, you'll be responsible for setting, operating, and maintaining high standards of quality in the manufacture of sheet metal components.

Key Responsibilities:

Set and operate Amada press brake machines to produce precision sheet metal parts
Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
Select and install appropriate tooling and adjust machine settings as required
Carry out quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain workflow efficiency
Follow all health & safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work areaAbout You:

Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter / Operator, ideally on Amada machinery
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and progressWhat's on Offer:

Hourly rate of £13.50 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Day shift only - early finish at 4pm, Monday to Friday
