Job Title: Level 3 Primary School Teaching Assistant | Full-Time Role in Treharris, Merthyr Tydfil

Location: Treharris, Merthyr Tydfil, UK

Salary: £90.00 per day (minimum)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Primary School Teaching Assistant to join a leading primary school in Treharris, Merthyr Tydfil. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young learners and creating an engaging, inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide targeted support to pupils within the foundation phase of primary education.

* Collaborate closely with class teachers to deliver a supportive and positive learning experience.

* Assist in implementing classroom activities, resources, and behaviour management strategies.

* Support children with diverse learning needs, ensuring an inclusive and nurturing environment.

* Help monitor and assess student progress, contributing to their development.

Requirements:

* Level 3 qualified Primary Teaching Assistant or equivalent.

* Previous experience working within a primary school setting.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* Enthusiastic, patient, and committed to making a positive impact on children’s learning.

* Ability to adapt to a dynamic classroom environment.

Working Pattern:

* Full-time, long-term position.

* Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
