Description

A Conveyancing Legal Assistant is required for a progressive practice located in Dorking.

The successful Conveyancing Legal Assistant will have a minimum of 12 months experience in assisting fee earners with a caseload of residential property matters.

Essential skills and experience for this Conveyancing Legal Assistant role to include:

Assist fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions
Manage ID checks, client documentation and searches
Liaise with clients and support case progression
Help improve efficiency and client experience
Perform general administrative duties across the department as required
Requirements for this Conveyancing Legal Assistant role:

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
Either be a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant or Paralegal specialising in Conveyancing
Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
IT literacy will be a pre-requisite
Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
Is personable, pro-active and detail orientated
