As a EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the lives of young learners. You will work closely with children aged to provide a safe, stimulating, and enriching educational experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Creating engaging and age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
* Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
* Building strong relationships with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs
* Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development
* Collaborating with a dynamic team of educators to foster a positive learning environment.

Key Requirements:
* A valid DBS check is preferred (although we can assist you in applying for one if needed).
* A recognised EYFS qualification (Level 2 or above) is highly desirable.
* At least 2 professional references from previous employers in education or childcare settings.
* Passion for working with young children and the ability to engage them in fun, educational activities.
* A strong team player who is flexible, enthusiastic, and keen to contribute to the success of the school.
* Experience supporting children in a classroom or early years setting is an advantage, but not essential.
