The Role
We are seeking experienced Skilled Production Operatives to join the manufacturing team at their modern processing site near Frome. Working as part of a highly efficient production line, you will play a key role in ensuring that products are prepared, processed, and packaged to the highest possible standards of quality, safety, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating production and processing machinery safely and efficiently

* Ensuring all products meet company quality and specification standards

* Completing line checks, changeovers, and recording production data

* Supporting continuous improvement and process optimisation activities

* Maintaining excellent hygiene and health & safety standards at all times

* Working collaboratively as part of a skilled and motivated production team

About You:

* Previous experience in food, FMCG, or manufacturing production environment

* Confident operating machinery and following technical work instructions

* Strong awareness of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures

* Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player

* Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
