Role: Deputy Manager - Children and Young People Location: Morecambe Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum + £60 per sleep Shift Pattern - 2 on 4 off Home: Solo Placement Home for EBD Are you an experienced children's Deputy Manager who is looking for a new adventure? Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum plus £60 per sleep on top!

Hours: Shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in's. Rotas given in advance.

Essential requirements for a Deputy Manager:

A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
A full driving licence issued in the UK
Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
Values in line with the organisation, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
