Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Lambeth – £100–£120 a day – Full time – Primary school – Start ASAP

* Higher Level Teaching Assistant required to start ASAP

* Higher Level Teaching Assistant required in a primary school

* Must have experience leading whole-class learning and supporting pupils 1:1

Do you have prior HLTA or advanced TA experience in a UK primary school?

THE ROLE – Higher Level Teaching Assistant

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to support learning across the school, working both with small groups and on a 1:1 basis with pupils who require additional support. You’ll also be required to deliver pre-planned lessons and cover classes when teachers are absent, so classroom confidence and strong behaviour management are essential. You’ll work closely with teachers, SEND staff, and leadership to ensure high-quality learning continues in all situations.
