Job Title: Care Assistant – Days or Nights
Location: Burnley, Nelson & Colne
Salary: £12.00 – £13.50 per hour
Hours: Flexible shifts available (Days or Nights)
Contract: Ongoing, part-time or bank

Essential Requirements

Minimum 6 months’ recent experience in a care setting (residential, nursing, or home care)

*

Confident supporting adults or older people with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks

*

Good communication and reliability

*

Up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

*

Right to work in the UK

The Role

We’re working with a respected local care provider in the Burnley, Nelson and Colne area who are looking for dedicated Care Assistants to join their team.
You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents, helping with personal care, meals, companionship, and promoting independence. Shifts are flexible to suit your availability – ideal if you’re looking to work around existing commitments.
