Job Title: Duct Fitter Mate

📍 Location: Aylesford, Kent
🕒 Job Type: Full‑Time (Contract)
💷 Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour (negotiable, depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Duct Fitter Mate to join our team on a project in Aylesford. You’ll be working alongside experienced duct fitters to assist in the installation of ventilation systems on commercial and/or residential sites.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain further experience in the HVAC or ductwork trade and grow their skills on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Assisting duct fitters with installation of ductwork and ventilation systems

*

Handling tools, materials, and equipment

*

Measuring, cutting, and assembling duct components as needed

*

Ensuring the workspace is kept tidy and safe

*

Following health & safety guidelines at all times

*

Supporting with deliveries and movement of materials onsite

Requirements:

*

Previous site or construction experience preferred

*

Basic knowledge of ductwork or HVAC systems an advantage

*

Valid CSCS card

*

Good work ethic and reliability

*

Ability to work well as part of a team

*

Own PPE (safety boots, high‑vis, hard hat)
