Job Title: HGV Technician
Location: Abingdon
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts (No Weekends)
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HGV Technician to join our team in Abingdon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional looking for a stable, weekday-only role offering a competitive salary and a great working environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on HGVs and commercial vehicles.
Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct inspections and complete relevant documentation.
Work efficiently to meet job deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements:

Proven experience as an HGV Technician / Mechanic.
Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or time-served experience).
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
Valid UK driving licence (HGV licence desirable but not essential).
A reliable, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high standards.Benefits:
