Description

We are currently looking for a Multi Trade to carry out day to day repairs on social housing properties around Straford-upon-Avon. This role is a 6 month fixed-term contract, dependant on the contract, it may turn into a full-time position.
The Multi Trade will have to complete repairs using their skillset, which should include:

•Carpentry
•Plumbing
•Patch plastering
•Tiling

I am looking to speak to a Multi Trade who:

•Has experience working on social housing contracts
•Has a full UK driving license and own van
•Has a clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)

In return, the Multi Trade will receive:

•£21 p/h
•40 hours per week on a long term contract
•6 months guarenteed work
