* Write, edit, and proofread high-quality tender responses tailored to client specifications and evaluation criteria.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather accurate information, case studies, and supporting documentation.

* Maintain an up-to-date bid library including standard responses, policies, and compliance documentation.

* Identify tender opportunities through portals and frameworks relevant to Transport, Logistics, Healthcare, and Training sectors.

* Manage deadlines effectively, ensuring all submissions are completed accurately and on time.

* Review feedback from unsuccessful bids to continuously improve future responses.

* Monitor and report on tender success rates and provide strategic input into the bid process.

* Support the development of proposals, presentations, and capability statements as required.

About You

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in bid or tender writing, ideally within recruitment, staffing, or a related service industry.

* Proven track record of tender wins and demonstrable success in producing compelling, compliant, and commercially competitive submissions.

* Strong understanding of public and private sector procurement processes.

* Excellent written communication, research, and project management skills.

* Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.

* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering results.

Desirable Experience

* Familiarity with frameworks and tendering platforms within Transport, Logistics, Healthcare, and Training sectors.

* Understanding of compliance and quality standards relevant to recruitment and training services (e.g. Health & Safety, Safeguarding, Equality & Diversity).

* Experience supporting bid strategy and value propositions for service-based organisations.

What We Offer

* Competitive salary of £50,000 – £55,000 per annum

* Performance-based bonus for each successful tender win

* Hybrid working model – 2 days from home, 3 days in our London office

* Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and influence business growth

* Supportive, collaborative working environment

* Ongoing professional development and progression opportunities
