Operations Manager required for a global brand based in Trafford Centre. This is a key role in this flagship store, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the highest standards across all the operational areas of the store.

* Lead all store operations including stockroom, cash desk, and compliance.

* Manage inventory flow, replenishment, and visual standards.

* Coaching & team development.

* Lead from the front and inspire the store team to achieve and drive results.

* Drive operational KPIs

* Champion health & safety and operational best practice

* Commercially aware with a proven record of achieving results.

* Good knowledge of systems and IT skills.
