True are partnering with a leading M&E contractor delivering high-profile building services projects across the UK & Ireland. With a landmark healthcare development underway in Belfast, they’re now seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to take full responsibility for the successful delivery of this flagship scheme.

As Electrical Contracts Manager, you’ll oversee the electrical package on a major healthcare project, managing procurement, subcontractors, labour, and technical compliance from design coordination through to commissioning. Acting as the key client-facing lead, you’ll ensure the project is delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and commercial performance.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role on one of Northern Ireland’s most significant healthcare projects.

Electrical Contracts Manager Package:

* £70,000–£75,000 basic + car allowance

* Private healthcare scheme after probation

We’re looking for someone with:

* 5–10 years’ experience in an Electrical Contracts/Project Management role

* Proven ability to deliver multiple high-value electrical projects (£5M–£10M)

* Strong technical knowledge across electrical systems

* Excellent client-facing, commercial, and leadership skills

* Health & Safety knowledge and ability to manage subcontractors and labour resources

Desirable:

* Experience delivering projects in healthcare or involving specialist systems (steam, medical gases)

* Degree in Electrical Engineering
