Sales Manager - Full-time, office-based - Sutton Coldfield

We are looking for a Sales Manager (Telephony) to lead a team of 6 sales professionals, ensuring they consistently achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and operate to the highest compliance standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated manager who can step in quickly, provide stability, and drive team success.

As Sales Manager (Telephony), you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the telephony sales team. You'll be responsible for ensuring performance standards are met, team members are coached and supported, and customer experience remains excellent.

Your leadership will be key in motivating the team, driving conversion, and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations. You'll also work closely with colleagues across the business to support smooth operations and ensure sales objectives are achieved.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate a team of 6 sales professionals.
Ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
Deliver regular coaching, mentoring, and performance support.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including call handling, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates.
Maintain high service quality and compliance with FCA regulations.
Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
Address challenges within the team promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Sales Manager Skills & Experience:

Strong track record in team leadership and sales management.
Background in FCA-regulated industries (preferred).
Excellent coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and telephony technologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to improve performance.
High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
