Field Sales Executive - Dynamic Role in a Growing Team

We're looking for a confident, customer-focused Field Sales Executive to represent our client's high-quality services across several key regions. If you enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and working autonomously while being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect.

This is a field-based, customer-facing position that offers variety, independence, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact through every conversation.

💷 Salary & Commission

£28,000 - £30,000 base salary

Uncapped commission - reward based on performance

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Promote our client's services directly to customers within your region

Represent the brand professionally, sharing its mission, values, and commitment to quality

Secure new customers through direct engagement and tailored conversations

Meet and exceed weekly sales targets

Travel throughout your assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays

📍 Territory

Covering communities across:

Gloucestershire

Worcestershire

Herefordshire

Shropshire

North Wales

A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel are required.

🕒 Working Hours

37.5 hours per week

Typically Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (includes travel time)

Occasional overnight stays as needed

🎁 Benefits

Competitive base salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Uncapped commission

22 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 23 after 3 years)
