Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Petersfield
Salary: £18,000 per annum (based on 25.5 hours per week)
Employment Type: Part-time; however, full-time can be considered

Are you a customer-focused individual looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Petersfield Self-Storage and Office rental facility and support its growth. You will be joining a team with an opportunity to shine. If you can bring confidence, excellent organisational and administrative skills, and deliver exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Sales: Responding quickly and proactively to new enquiries and following up appropriately.

Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer service to our existing customers with a ‘can do’ approach, managing their storage needs, queries, and requests to ensure the customer experience with us is excellent.

Administration: Maintaining accurate records, monitoring rent payments and arrears, and maintaining and updating the various software systems to ensure all company information is processed appropriately.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role and administration experience is preferred. Experience in the self-storage industry is a plus, but not essential, as full training will be given.

Skills: Excellent organisational skills, ability to deal with changing priorities, and the ability to work independently.

Tech-Savvy: Experience with the use of Microsoft Office 365. Comfortable to learn and use our space management software.

Customer-Oriented: A friendly, approachable manner with a focus on customer satisfaction.
