We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full-time Production Operative in a well-established operation in Grimsby DN37 9TS.

Pay rates and typical working hours:

Packout Operatives pay rates: Standard: £12.53p/h | Nights: £13.03 p/h (from 10:00pm to 6am) | Overtime: £16.66 p/h
Skilled - Batching, Cooking, High Risk positions, training provided from day 1: Standard: £13.52 p/h | Nights: £14.02 p/h (from 10:00pm to 6am) | Overtime: £17.98 p/hFollowing a shift pattern Days and Nights in rotation

Flexible shifts available - 12 hours shifts
Mornings 06:00 -18:00
Nights 18:00 - 06:00
Weekend shifts available Days or Nights What do we expect from you as a Production Operative:

Have a Basic Food Safety Knowledge or Food Safety Level 2 (Cert)
Be able to clearly communicate * Good standard of written and spoken English, to be able to communicate with managers and colleagues, follow direction/requests and be able to read any written instructions clearly
Respect at work: Respect your colleagues and managers (treat others how you wish to be treated) and adhere to the site code of conduct
Respect company property
Adhere to Food Safety rules, policies, and procedure * Adhere to Health and Safety rules, policies, and procedures on site
Report any near misses or hazards to your manager * Protect yourself and protect others…see it, say it, report it!
