We're seeking motivated Process Operatives to join a busy production team at a leading global Manufacturer based in Sunderland. This is an excellent opportunity for long term permanent employment after a period of temporary assignment. If you're looking for a role where you can contribute to high-quality production and grow within a supportive team, this is the opportunity for you!

Shift Pattern:
Continental Shift: 4 days on, 4 days off / 6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6am

Hourly Rate:
£12.60 per hour for the first 12 weeks.

£14.57 per hour, plus overtime rates

Duration:
Temp to perm

Role Responsibilities:

Efficiently operate machinery to ensure smooth production
Handle and move materials using appropriate lifting equipment
Ensure quality control by monitoring production and resolving any flagged issues
Conduct regular checks to meet production specifications
Record production data accurately and maintain traceability
Complete required paperwork and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Support job changeovers and follow line clearance proceduresKey Skills & Experience:

Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliable and flexible with excellent timekeeping
Positive attitude with a focus on safety and efficiency
IT literate, with experience in production data input
