We are working Housing Association who are looking for Plumber Multi Trader's based around Romford/Havering/Dagenham.

The Maintenance will include aspects of the following skills:

Plumbing

Carpentry

Plastering

Painting

Tiling

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

NVQ or city and Guilds Level 2 Plumber

Unvented is desirable

Clean DBS

Experience within Property Maintenance

Customer service skills
