SEN Teacher
Location: Cambridge
Salary: Up to £42,000.00 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
Start Date: October 2025

Teaching Personnel have an exciting opportunity to work with a Specialist School based in Cambridge. The school support 30 pupils with autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs, helping them flourish and thrive within a nurturing, specialist environment tailored to their individual needs.

As an SEN Teacher, you will bring your passion for making a difference every day. You will plan and deliver engaging, personalised learning experiences that spark curiosity and support each pupil’s development.

Candidate Requirements

A passionate, qualified teacher with UK QTS (or equivalent) or degree-level education
Strong communication skills and confidence working with pupils with autism and complex needs
A collaborative team player who embraces the unique culture and opportunities at the School
A professional who enjoys building caring relationships with pupils and liaising with colleagues and external professionals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
