Brentwood, Essex (4 Days Office / 1 Day WFH)
Up to £55,000 + Competitive Package

Are you a detail-driven Technical Coordinator looking to take the next step in your career with a leading residential developer?

We’re working with a well-established and growing housebuilder based in Brentwood, who are seeking a proactive and organised Technical Coordinator to join their in-house team. This is a permanent role offering a mix of 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home, providing a healthy work-life balance alongside strong career development opportunities.

The Role:
As a Technical Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing the design and technical delivery across residential developments, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external consultants.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating architectural and engineering information from design through to site delivery
Liaising with consultants, local authorities, and statutory bodies
Supporting the planning process with accurate technical information
Managing the discharge of planning conditions and building regulations
Ensuring timely issue of drawings and specifications to site teams

About You:

Experience in a Technical Coordinator role within residential construction/development
Strong understanding of the development process from planning through to delivery
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficient in AutoCAD and document management systems (e.g., Viewpoint, Asite)
