RG SetSquare are looking for an experienced Mobile Painter / Multi Trader for our Social Housing Client to cover the Epsom area performing property maintenance on social housing / Void properties.

Duties

Performing Painter / Decorator maintenance on social housing / Void properties
Painting Walls,Floors & Ceiling
Wall Preparing / Vinyl Flooring / Patch Work.
Internal & External.
Planned & Reactive Maintenance works.
Liaising with planning team re/ jobs. Package

£22 Per Hour UMBRELLA
Long Contract to Mid 2026
Company Van and Fuel Card
Monday to FridayJob Types: Full-time, Temporary

Experience:

Carpentry: 3 years (required)
Social Housing Maintenance: 2 years (required)Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required)
