This expanding residential contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, procurement, and commercial aspects of multiple high-spec residential projects.
Key responsibilities include:

Preparation and management of tenders, contracts, and procurement.
Valuations, progress reports, and cost control across live projects.
Subcontractor management, including negotiating pricing and reviewing variations.
Monitoring project budgets and ensuring financial performance aligns with forecasts.
Liaising with project teams to provide commercial advice and support decision-making. This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, working closely with Site Managers and Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Requirements & Rewards – What You Give & What You Get
You’ll need:

Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally on high-spec residential projects.
Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of cost management principles.
Ability to manage subcontractors, variations, and procurement efficiently.
Experience in progress valuations, reporting, and budget monitoring.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. In return, you’ll receive:
