Are you a reliable, hard-working labourer with a Green CSCS card and a Full UK Driving Licence?

Prior experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided. If you are a hard working, use initative get stuck in and are looking for a career to develop your skills and be invested in with room for progression in the construction industry then this is for you.

We're recruiting Labourers on behalf of a well-established national sub-contractor who work on a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects across the UK. With a depot based in Washington, Tyne and wear , this is an ideal role for candidates living in or around the local area.

✅ What's on Offer:

💰 Starting Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour
📈 Progression: Opportunity to increase to £14.50/hour upon reaching Grade 2
🚐 Company Van & Fuel Card after 12-week temp-to-perm period
🕒 Paid Travel Time: Get paid from the moment you leave your front door until you return home straight away
🌧️ Standby Pay: Guaranteed pay even when jobs are delayed due to bad weather

Hotel accommodation paid for
£15 daily meal allowance
Additional nightly "working away" bonus
Full hourly rate & travel time still paid
👢 Boot Allowance: Up to £75/year once permanent
👷 PPE Provided: Just bring your own safety boots to start🔧 What You Need:

✅ Green CSCS Card
✅ Full UK Driving Licence ( No more than 6 points)
✅ Willingness to travel nationally and work away when required
✅ Flexibility to either drive a company vehicle or be picked up/pick up others locally
✅ Good work ethic, punctuality, and team spirit
🥾 Own safety boots (PPE provided)📍 Location & Travel:

While the depot is based in Washington, Tyne and wear, jobs take place nationwide. For the first 12 weeks, you'll likely work locally - but you must be open to staying away when needed.
