Pro Staff Construction are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to work for a company based in Newport.

They are looking for a detail-focused Accounts Assistant to help keep their accounts in order. You’ll handle rent invoicing, bank reconciliations, supplier payments, and monthly reports, as well as supporting with payroll and general finance admin.

• Accounts Assistant
• Newport, South Wales (Office-based)
• Around 24 hours a week – potential for more
• £15-16 per hour

About You:

• Experience with Sage payroll is desirable.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good understanding of accounting principles (P&L, balance sheet, reconciliation).
