Technical Advisor - Residential Conveyancing

£45000 - £49,000 per annum

Permanent Role - Monday - Friday

Gateshead, Newcastle, Washington, Sunderland

My client is a provider of legal services to the residential conveyancing sector, due to their continued growth and success in their niche this client now requires a Technical Advisor to join their team. This role will include working through existing case files, ensuring compliance, providing training where required and driving quality service. Check files at enquiry stage, reporting stage and exchange
Ensuring compliance
Ensuring nothing is missed
Mentoring and coaching
Adherence to department protocol and systems
Quality management of files and advice givene
Delivering advice and assistance to fee earners
Delivery of training to ensure continued competence
Responsibility for a reduced case load
Ensuring excellent levels of client careThe Right Technical Advisor - Residential Conveyancing

Minimum 10 years' experience within the sector
Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing transactions with extensive experience in title checking and raising purchase enquiries
Compliance knowledge
Experience at senior conveyancer level
Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively
Good IT skills with experience using a case management system
A conveyancing qualification
