Our client, a growing and supportive recruitment business, is seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join their close-knit team in Farnham. Job type: Full time, permanent
Location: Farnham
Salary: £25,000-£36,000 p/a (including OTE)

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a range of roles across multiple industries
Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career goals
Collaborate closely with consultants to ensure an excellent client and candidate experience
Write and post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms
Maintain accurate records and data in the recruitment system
Assist with interview coordination, feedback collection, and onboarding support
Proactively use social media and networking tools to identify new talent
Contribute to team goals and celebrate shared success
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment or a people-focused environment (desired but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Target-driven mindset with a desire to learn and progress
Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
