Production / Machine Operator - Flint

Continental Shifts (2 days, 2 nights)

£30,284.00 starting salary

Our client, a leading manufacturing business are currently looking to recruit for a number of permanent Production Operatives to work at their site in Flint.

As a machine Operator you will play a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing team by operating and monitoring machinery across various production lines. This role requires versatility and the ability to work efficiently under the guidance of the Shift Operational Lead to meet production goals.

Role responsibilities

* Operate and monitor multiple production lines (packing, palletising, lid loading, material replenishment)

* Carry out quality checks and maintain safe, efficient production

* Support line changeovers and continuous improvement initiatives

* Promote company values: Teamwork, Integrity, Excellence & Safety

Pay and benefits

* £13.82 per hour from January 2026. Paid breaks (75 mins per shift!)

* Duration: Permanent, subject to a 3 month probationary period

* Non-guaranteed bonus: 5%

* Employer pension contribution: 5%, rising to 9%

* Hours of work: Shift pattern to include 12 hours shifts (7-7) days and nights

* Life Assurance – x1 annual salary after 12 months service, x3 after years
