Our Client, an Automotive family run independent Car Garage in Petersfield, is currently seeking a Senior Technician to join their team of hardworking Vehicle Technicians.

Benefits:

Competitive salary package more than £45k DOE pa
Hours: Basic 40hrs pw - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Plus every other Saturday 8am-1pm (on a rota).
Pension: Auto-enrolment
Annual leave: 30 days (22 days + 8 bank holidays)Responsibilities:

Leading by example as a senior technician and providing technical expertise to other technicians when required.
Liaising with customers and keeping them up to date on the progress of their vehicles.
Drive a positive culture within the team.
Positively engage and contribute with all departments and the Senior Management team.
Any other tasks as required by the Client Service Manager & Directors.Requirements:

Proven experience working as in a senior vehicle technician
Experience with diagnostic equipment and working on electric/hybrid vehicles (ideal).
Great communication skills
Leads by example.
Good IT skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Able to work well under pressure and manage a busy workload.For your hard work our Client you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £40,000 to £45,000 - Package (with o/t) worth in excess of potentially £53,000 + pa.

The hours of this Senior Vehicle Technician role are 8.30am to 5.30pm Mon-Fri and every other Saturday 8am - 1pm (ability for some flexibility would be required for this role).
