Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Staff to join our growing team, supporting secondary schools in the Hastings area. This is the perfect opportunity for educators who value flexibility and variety in their work — whether you’re an experienced teacher, a newly qualified teacher (ECT), a cover supervisor, or a teaching assistant.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering pre-set lessons or providing classroom support across different subjects and year groups

Managing the classroom and maintaining a positive learning environment

Supporting pupils’ learning and development

Working with a range of schools, each offering unique experiences and opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or experience working in a secondary school setting

Strong communication and behaviour management skills

A proactive, reliable and adaptable attitude

An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
