Are you an experienced Site Manager, with a background in delivering projects within the Education, Commercial & Residential construction sectors?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a growing Main Contractor, who are currently on the look out for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis out of their Tamworth project. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational success across our projects within the aforementioned sectors.

What are we looking for?

* Proven experience as a Site Manager, delivering projects within the Education, Commercial & Residential construction sectors.

* Excellent knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.

* Strong management experience

* Experience in client management, supplier relationship management, and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

* Oversee all on-site construction activities.

* Monitor progress to ensure tasks are completed according to plan.

* Resolve on-site issues quickly to minimise delays.

* Track material usage, deliveries, and expenditures.

* Enforce health and safety regulations and site policies.
