Rocket Staffing are currently recruiting for a Traffic Signaller to join our client's busy warehouse operation in Crick. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and takes pride in keeping things running safely and efficiently during night operations.

Shift details:
Salary: £15.12 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday – Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

*

Direct the safe movement of HGV lorries and counterbalance trucks within the warehouse yard.

*

Communicate effectively with drivers and yard personnel using radio and hand signals.

*

Maintain a safe and organised traffic flow at all times.

*

Remain vigilant and proactive in a high-traffic area.

*

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions during overnight shifts.

About You:

*

Reliable, alert, and confident working independently.

*

Previous experience in a yard, warehouse or traffic marshalling role is desirable.

*

Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.

*

Excellent communication skills and a calm approach under pressure.

*

Counterbalance licence/experience is desirable but not essential – training can be provided.
