Band 3 Healthcare Assistant (General)
Location: Gloucestershire – including Cirencester, Stroud, North Cotswolds & surrounding inpatient sites
Pay Rate: £14–£24 per hour (depending on shift type)
Contract Type: Flexible shift-based work
Shifts Available: Days, Lates, Nights
IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Tripod Partners are seeking Band 3 Healthcare Assistants for flexible shifts across community inpatient and rehabilitation wards in Gloucestershire. This role offers regular, ongoing work with a variety of shift patterns to suit your availability.

Key Details:
-- Community inpatient & rehab ward settings
-- Choice of day, late, or night shifts
-- Competitive hourly rates: £14–£24 depending on shift
-- Consistent rota availability
-- Supportive teams and working environments

Requirements:
-- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
-- Right to work in the UK
-- Full compliance required prior to booking shifts
