Higher Level Teaching Assistant

ASAP Start - Brent NW10 - 121 and Group SEN Support

Monday - Friday

Reeson Education is working with a well-respected and inclusive primary school in North West London that is looking to recruit a number of dedicated and reliable graduates seeking Higher Level Teaching Assistant work to join their team from September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with an interest in supporting children's learning and development, and a comittment to helping every child thrive in a nurturing and ambitious school community.

Key Responsibilities of this Higher Level Teaching Assistant role:

Support SEN pupils with autism individually and in small groups, helping them to access learning across the curriculum
Provide targeted support for children with a range of needs

Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Support the school's values around anti-racism, equity and community engagement

The Ideal Candidate for this Higher Level Teaching Assistant vacancy:

A positive, resilient and caring approach to working with children

A team player who is reliable, enthusiastic and proactive

Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching Assistance or equivalent experience working with special needs children.
