Cover Supervisor – East Didsbury - North Manchester

Are you a Cover Supervisor available for immediate work within secondary schools? Or are you a university graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience before starting your PGCE? If yes, we have the perfect role for you!

Cover People are looking for confident, adaptable, and motivated individuals with strong interpersonal skills to join our partner schools across North Manchester as Cover Supervisors.

As a Cover Supervisor here, you’ll play a key role in maintaining this positive learning environment, supporting students to stay focused, motivated, and on track to achieve their full potential.

Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: North Manchester (Secondary Schools)
Employment Type: Mon–Fri, 8:30AM–3:30PM

Daily Week: £90 per day

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise classes during teacher absences
• Ensure students are completing the work set by SLT/class teachers
• Manage behaviour within the classroom and promote a constructive learning environment
• Provide support and guidance to students where necessary

Requirements:
• A degree or relevant experience
• A passion for education and working with young people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through Cover People UK
